- Every year RBI conducts RBI Grade B officer exam to select eligible candidates for the position of Grade B officer in its various branches all across the country.
- RBI Grade B officer exam will be done through a country-wide competitive examination in three phases.
- Preliminary:- General Awareness 80 questions (80 marks), Quantitative Aptitude 30 questions (30 marks), English 30 questions (30 marks), Reasoning 60 questions (60 marks). Time duration-2 hours.
- Mains:-Economics & Social issue ,maximum marks-100, (90 minutes), Paper 2 English (writing skills), maximum marks 100 (90 minutes), Paper 3 Finance & Management ,maximum marks-100 (90 minutes).
- There will be negative marks for wrong answers. About 0.25 marks will be deducted as a negative marking system for each wrong answer in both the preliminary and mains examination.
- Interview:-Candidates will be shortlisted for the interview, based on aggregate marks obtained in paper-1 and paper-2 and paper-3 of phases 2nd exam.Interview process will carry 50 marks.
