- The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) to conduct the Central Teaching Eligibility Test (CTET).
- The exam is conducted twice in a year.
- The paper is conducted in offline mode.
- The CTET exam will conducted in two phases- paper 1:-Child Development & pedagogy 30 questions (30 marks), Language 1 30 questions (30 marks), Language 2 30 questions (30 marks), Mathematics 30 questions (30 marks), Environmental Studies 30 questions (30 marks). Time duration- 2.5 hours.
- Paper 2:- Child Development & pedagogy 30 questions (30 marks), Language 1 30 questions (30 marks), Language 2 30 questions (30 marks), Mathematics & Science 60 questions (60 marks),Social Study & Social Science 60 questions (60 marks),Time duration-2.5 hours.
- 1 mark is awarded to correct answers and there is no negative marking for incorrect answers.
