The Supreme Court on Monday allowed the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) to declare that it declared last year SSC joint graduate level (SSC CGL 2017 Result) of 2017 re-examination. A bench of Justice S. S. Bobde and S. Abdul Nazir said that the suspension imposed on August 31 last year on the results of the SSC CGL, 2017 will not continue on the re-examinations conducted on March 9, 2018. The Supreme Court said that there was no corruption in the organization, so millions of unemployed youth had to be disturbed.

The bench has formed an empowered committee of Infosys co-founder Nandan Nilekani and noted computer scientist Vijay P Bhatkar for the purpose of suggesting fairness in competitive examinations conducted by government organizations.
