Current Affairs(01.11.2018):
*SS Deswal joins as the Director General of Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP)./ एसएस देवासवाल भारत-तिब्बती सीमा पुलिस (आईटीबीपी) के महानिदेशक के रूप में ज्वाइन किया है।

*Ministry of Railways introduces Unreserved Mobile Ticketing facility to promote digital payment./ रेल मंत्रालय ने डिजिटल भुगतान को बढ़ावा देने के लिए अनारक्षित मोबाइल टिकट सुविधा प्रदान की है।

*Gross GST revenue collected in the month of October 2018 is Rs 100,710 Crore, out of this CGST is Rs. 16,464 Crore, SGST is Rs. 22,826 Crore, IGST is Rs 53,419 Crore (including Rs. 26,908 Cr collected on imports)&Cess is Rs 8,000 Cr (including Rs 955 Crore collected on imports). The total number of GSTR 3B Returns filed for the month of September up to 31st October, 2018 is 67.45 Lakh./ अक्टूबर 2018 के महीने में एकत्रित सकल जीएसटी राजस्व 100,710 करोड़ रुपये है, इसमें सीजीएसटी रु.16,464 करोड़, एसजीएसटी रु.22,826 करोड़, आईजीएसटी 53,419 करोड़ रुपये (आयात पर एकत्रित 26,908 करोड़ रुपये सहित) और सेस 8,000 करोड़ रुपये (आयात पर 955 करोड़ रुपये सहित) है। 31 अक्टूबर, 2018 तक सितंबर के महीने के लिए दायर जीएसटी 3 बी रिटर्न्स की कुल संख्या 67.45 लाख है।

*Five-time world champion Mary Kom was named as the brand ambassador of the upcoming 10th edition of the International Boxing Association (AIBA) Women World Championship./ पांच बार विश्व चैंपियन मैरी कॉम को इंटरनेशनल बॉक्सिंग एसोसिएशन (एआईबीए) महिला विश्व चैंपियनशिप के आगामी 10वें संस्करण के ब्रांड एंबेसडर के रूप में नामित किया गया है।

Current Affairs(31.10.2018):
*Ministry of Home Affairs Centre approves the release of Rs 229.05 Crore of its share from State Disaster Response Fund (SDRF) to Andhra Pradesh. The state had faced a cyclonic storm 'Titli' on 11th October & Srikakulam and Vizianagaram districts were severely affected./ गृह मंत्रालय केंद्र राज्य आपदा प्रतिक्रिया निधि (एसडीआरएफ) से आंध्र प्रदेश में 229.05 करोड़ रुपये की हिस्सेदारी जारी करने की मंजूरी दिया है। 11 अक्टूबर को राज्य को चक्रवात तूफान 'तितली' का सामना करना पड़ा था और श्रीकुलुलम और विजयनगरम जिलों को गंभीर रूप से प्रभावित किया था|

*India ranks at 77 in the World Bank's 'Ease of doing business' index. India has recorded a jump of 23 positions against its rank of 100 in 2017./ विश्व बैंक की 'व्यवसाय करने में आसानी / Ease of doing business' सूचकांक में भारत 77वां स्थान पर है। भारत 2017 में 100 रैंक था।

*Indian Railways proposes discontinuation of 'Flexi fares' on trains in which average unidirectional monthly occupancy is less than 50% throughout the year./ भारतीय रेलवे ट्रेनों पर 'फ्लेक्सी किराए' को बंद करने का प्रस्ताव दिया है जिसमें औसत यूनिडायरेक्शनल मासिक अधिभोग पूरे वर्ष 50% से कम है।

*Anupam Kher has resigned from the post of Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) Chairman citing 'busy schedule'./ अनुपम खेर ने फिल्म और टेलीविज़न इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ इंडिया (एफटीआईआई) के अध्यक्ष से 'व्यस्त कार्यक्रम' का हवाला देते हुए इस्तीफा दे दिया है।
