* EAM Sushma Swaraj will visit Moscow on September 13-14 to participate in the 23rd India-Russia Inter-Governmental Commission on Technical& Economic Cooperation ( IRIGC- TEC) which will be co-chaired by her& Yuri Borisov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation.
