State Bank of India(SBI) has released Preliminary Online Exam Call Letter for the Recruitment of Probationary Officers. Registration No / Roll No & Password / DOB(DD-MM-YY) are required to download SBI PO 2018 Admit Card for Prelims. Call Letter will be online from the below mentioned date. Download your call Letter before the closure date.Important Dates:

SBI PO 2018 Admit Card:
The examination will be conducted online. You must enter your User ID and Password, which are printed on this call letter, to enter the online exam site. Your name and other details will appear on the screen after login. Please verify and ensure correctness of these details. Disclosure of User ID & Password to 3rd party shall be at the risk & responsibility of the candidate. SBI PO Admit Card 2018:
Your admission to the examination is strictly provisional. The mere fact that the call letter has been issued to you does not imply that your candidature has been accepted by the Bank or that the entries made by you in your on-line application for examination have been accepted by the Bank as true and correct. You may please note that the Bank will take up the verification of eligibility conditions i.e. age, educational qualifications, experience and status (i.e. Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes/Other Backward Class/Physically Challenged etc.) with reference to original documents only at the time of interview of candidates who are qualified in the examination on the basis of the marks obtained by them. You may therefore, please note that if at any stage, it is found that you do not satisfy the eligibility criteria as given in the Bank's advertisement, or the information furnished by you in the application is incorrect, your candidature is liable to be cancelled forthwith, with such further action as the Bank would like to take.

You should ascertain exact location of the venue well in advance of the date of examination.
SBI PO Call Letter 2018:
The candidates must reach the venue of examination by the time mentioned above. Please note that the candidate reporting 30 minutes after the reporting time will not be allowed in the examination hall nor shall a candidate be permitted to leave the examination hall till the time for the test is over and the test administrator has given permission to leave. The test will begin after completion of the formalities like checking of attendance, obtaining signature on the call letter and collection of call letters alongwith photo identity proof etc. The Bank will not be responsible for any delay or disruption in transport.
SBI PO 2018 Hall Ticket:
The candidates must bring the call letter alongwith the photo identity proof (such as Passport/PAN Card/Driving License/Voter's Card/Bank Passbook with duly attested photograph/Identity Card issued by College or Institute/Identity Card issued by Gazetted Officer in the official letterhead in original/ Unique Identification Card (Aadhar) in original as well as a photocopy. Please note that your name as appearing on the call letter (provided by you during the process of registration) should exactly match the name as appearing on the photo identity proof. Female candidates who have changed first/last/middle name post marriage must take special note of this. If there is any mismatch between the name indicated in the Call Letter and Photo Identity Proof you will not be allowed to appear for the exam. The photocopy of photo identity proof should be submitted along with the call letter, to the invigilators in the examination hall failing which he/she will not be permitted to appear for the test.

The candidate should also bring stationery such as pencils, eraser and a ball point pen with him/her to the examination hall.
SBI PO Admit Card:
Please note that if you adopt any unfair means or malpractice or commit any misconduct while appearing for the examination, your candidature is liable to be summarily cancelled; moreover you may be liable to penal action. The Bank would be analyzing the responses of a candidate with other appeared candidates to detect patterns of similarity. On the basis of such an analysis, if it is found that the responses have been shared and scores obtained are not genuine/valid, the Bank reserves the right to cancel his/her candidature.
SBI PO 2018 Exam Admit Card:
Any stationary item like textual material (printed or written), bits of papers, Geometry/Pencil Box, Plastic Pouch, Calculator, Scale, Writing Pad, Pen Drives, Log Table, Electronic Pen/Scanner, Any communication device like Mobile Phone, Bluetooth, Earphones, Microphone, Pager, Health Band etc. Other items like Goggles, Handbags, Hair-pin, Hair-band, Belt, Cap, Any watch/Wrist Watch, Camera, Any metallic item, Any eatable item opened or packed, water bottle, Any other item which could be used for unfair means for hiding communication devices like camera, blue tooth devices etc.
SBI PO 2018 Exam Call Letter:
All ornaments like Ring, Earrings, Nose-pin, Chain/Necklace, Pendants, Badge, brooch etc. should be thoroughly checked.
SBI PO 2018 Admit Card:
Candidates are wearing light cloths which cannot be used for hiding any instruments or communication devices.
SBI PO Admit Card 2018-19:
Candidates are advised to wear half sleeves but not having big buttons or any badge, brooches etc. which could be used to hide the communication device, blue tooth, camera, etc.
SBI PO 2018-19 Admit Card:
Candidates are wearing slippers, sandals and not the shoes.
However, candidates coming in customary/ religious dresses should report at the centre at least 10 minute prior to reporting time for proper frisking.
SBI PO 2018-19 Call letter:
You should strictly comply with the directions given to you by the test administrator/invigilator. If any candidate is found disregarding these directions he/she will be liable to be debarred from the test.
SBI PO 2018-19 Hall Ticket:
Use of books, notebooks, calculators, cell phones etc. is not permitted in this examination. Cell Phones, pagers, calculators or any such devices are not allowed inside the premises of the examination. Candidates are advised in their own interest not to bring any of the banned items including cell phones to the examination venue, as arrangement for their safekeeping cannot be assured. Any candidate found resorting to any unfair means including giving/receiving help to/from any candidate during the test will be disqualified. (The candidate should be vigilant to ensure that no other candidate is able to copy from his/her answers).
SBI PO 2018 Admit Card Download:
Anyone found to be disclosing, publishing reproducing, transmitting, storing or facilitating transmission and storage of test contents in any form or any information therein in whole or part thereof or by any means verbal or written, electronic or mechanical or taking away the papers supplied in the examination hall or found to be in unauthorized possession of test content is likely to be prosecuted.

SBI PO Call Letter 2018 Download:
The candidate will have to affix his/her signature and left thumb impression, in the space provided, in the presence of the Invigilator.
SBI PO Hall Ticket 2018 Download:
Please note that a candidate is allowed to appear only once for the examination. Multiple appearances will result in cancellation of candidature. In case more than one call letter has been generated, candidates are advised to appear for only against the last successful registration on the date and at the time mentioned on the respective call letter. All other call letters are to be surrendered.

परीक्षार्थी ऊपर निर्दिष्ट समय तक परीक्षा केन्द्र पर अवश्य पहुंच जायें । कृपया ध्यान दें कि निर्दिष्ट समय के 30 मिनट बाद से आनेवाले परीक्षार्थी को प्रवेश नहीं दिया जायेगा और न ही किसी परीक्षार्थी को पूर्ण परीक्षा समाप्ति के पूर्व और जब तक परीक्षा अधिकारी निर्देश न करें, बाहर जाने दिया जायेगा । अपेक्षित औपचारिकताओं जैसे हाजिरी लेना, बुलावा-पत्र पर हस्ताक्षर करवाना और फोटो पहचान के प्रमाण की फोटोकापी के साथ बुलावा-पत्र इत्यादि लेना आदि के पूरा होने पर परीक्षा प्रारम्भ होगी । यातायात में विलम्ब अथवा बाधा के लिए बैंक उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा ।

परीक्षार्थी अपने साथ यह बुलावा-पत्र के साथ फोटो पहचान पत्र [पासपोर्ट/पैनकार्ड/ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस/वोटर्स कार्ड/विधिवत् अनुप्रमाणित फोटो सहित बैंक पासबुक/कॉलेज या संस्था द्वारा जारी परिचय पत्र/राजपत्रित अधिकारी द्वारा अधिकारिक पत्र शीर्ष में जारी पहचान पत्र / विशिष्ट पहचान कार्ड (आधार)] मूल रूप से और साथ में फोटोकॉपी भी अवश्य लायें। कृपया ध्यान दें कि बुलावा पत्र पर लिखा गया आपका नाम (जैसा आपने पंजीकरण की प्रक्रिया में दिया है) फोटो पहचान प्रूफ पर दिखते नाम के बिल्कुल अनुरूप होना चाहिए। महिला उम्मीदवार जिन्होंने शादी के पश्चात अपने पहले/अंतिम/बीच के नाम में परिवर्तन किया हो वे इस पक्ष का विशेष ध्यान दें । बुलावा पत्र पर दिए गए नाम और फोटो पहचान प्रूफ यदि जरा भी बेमेल हुआ तो आपको परीक्षा में शामिल होने नहीं दिया जाएगा । फोटो लगे पहचान के प्रमाण की फोटोकापी बुलावा पत्र के साथ आवश्य आवश्य लायें, अन्यथा उनको परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होने की अनुमति प्रदान नहीं की जायेगी ।

परीक्षार्थी परीक्षा हॉल में अपने साथ लेखन सामग्री जैसे कि पेंसिल, रबड़ और एक बाल पेन अवश्य लेकर आऐं ।
कृपया इस बात पर ध्यान दें कि यदि आप परीक्षा देते समय अनुचित साधन काम में लाते हैं अथवा कदाचार का कृत्य करते हैं तो आपकी उम्मीदवारी संक्षेपतः निरस्त की जा सकती है, इसके अतिरिक्त आप पर दण्डात्मक कार्रवार्इ भी की जा सकती है । एकरूपता के पैटर्न का पता लगाने के लिए बैंक उम्मीदवार के प्रत्युत्तरों का परीक्षा में सम्मिलित अन्य उम्मीदवारों के प्रत्युत्तरों के साथ विश्लेषण करेगा । ऐसे विश्लेषण के आधार पर यदि यह पाया जाता है कि प्रत्युत्तरों में सहभागिता की गर्इ है और प्राप्त अंक वास्तविक/वैध नहीं है तो बैंक उसकी उम्मीदवारी रद्द करने का अधिकार आरक्षित रखता है ।

कोई भी स्टेशनरी आइटम जैसे पाठ्य सामग्री (मुद्रित या लिखित), कागज के टुकड़े, ज्योमेट्री/पेंसिल बॉक्स, प्लास्टिक पाउच, कैलकुलेटर, स्केल, राइटिंग पैड, पेन ड्राइव, लॉग टेबल, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक पेन/स्कैनर । कोई भी संचार उपकरण जैसे मोबाइल फोन, ब्लूटूथ, ईयरफोन, माइक्रोफोन, पेजर, हेल्थ बैंड आदि । अन्य वस्तुएं जैसे गॅागल्स, हैंडबैग, हेयर-पिन, हेयर-बैंड, बेल्ट, टोपी, कोई भी घड़ी/हाथ–घड़ी, कैमरा, धातु की कोई भी वस्तु, खुली हुई या पैक की गई कोई भी खाद्य सामग्री, पानी की बोतल । ऐसी कोई भी अन्य वस्तु, जिसका इस्तेमाल कैमरा, ब्लूटूथ उपकरणों आदि जैसे संचार उपकरणों को छिपाने के लिए अनुचित साधनों हेतु किया जा सके ।
सभी आभूषण जैसे अंगूठी, बालियां, नोज़-पिन, चेन/नेकलेस, पेंडेंट, बैज, ब्रोच आदि की अच्छी तरह से जांच की जानी चाहिए ।

परीक्षा में नोट, पुस्तक, कैलकुलेटर, सेल फोन आदि का प्रयोग वर्जित है । सेलफोन, पेजर, कैलकुलेटर या ऐसे किसी उपकरण को परीक्षा स्थल पर लाने की अनुमति नहीं है । उम्मीदवारों को उनके हित में सलाह दी जाती है कि वे सेलफोन सहित प्रतिबंधित वस्तुएं परीक्षा-स्थल में न लाएं, क्योंकि उन्हें संभालकर रखने के इंतजाम की आश्वासन नहीं दिया जा सकता । यदि कोर्इ परीक्षार्थी किसी अनुचित साधनों का प्रयोग करते हुए या अन्य परीक्षार्थियों से/परीक्षार्थियों को सहायता प्राप्त करते हुए/सहायता देते हुए पाया जायेगा तो उसे अयोग्य घोषित कर दिया जायेगा । (परीक्षार्थी को यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए सतर्क रहना चाहिए कि कोर्इ अन्य परीक्षार्थी उसके उत्तरों की नकल न कर सके ।)
